I let him know I didn’t feel comfortable giving my employer only 1 weeks notice. He didn’t budge so I gave my employer only 1 week notice. That very same day, only hours after giving my notice, Tim Text me to say he changed his mind and decided to go a different route! What! He knew I was a single mom with only one income. I now have no job! I tired to call Tim to get some sort of explanation but he would speak with me. I have the job offer and him changing his mind all in texts. This is not just completely unprofessional, but how do you sleep at night when this is how you treat other human beings?
